1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. Use of our website and services is restricted to individuals and entities aged 18 years or older.

2. Service Description

Isourcedmynews provides artificial intelligence implementation services including:

• AI-Driven Supply Chain Optimisation
• Intelligent Search Configuration
• AI Proof of Concept evaluations

Services are delivered according to the specific engagement agreement between Isourcedmynews and the client. All services are subject to availability in Hong Kong.

3. Service Engagement Terms

3.1 Service Scope

Each service engagement includes defined deliverables, timelines, and implementation approach detailed in the signed engagement agreement. Services are performed on a professional basis using industry-standard methodologies.

3.2 Fixed Pricing

Pricing for services is fixed upon agreement and does not vary based on project duration, provided the scope remains as originally defined. Any significant scope changes require written amendment to the engagement agreement.

3.3 Implementation Timeline

Service timelines are approximate and depend on data availability, stakeholder availability, and operational constraints. Reasonable delays due to force majeure or client-side factors do not constitute breach of these terms.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information in all enquiries and engagement forms
• Maintain confidentiality of any information marked as confidential
• Comply with all applicable Hong Kong laws and regulations
• Not use our services for any unlawful or harmful purposes
• Respect intellectual property rights of Isourcedmynews and third parties
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward personnel

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Isourcedmynews retains all intellectual property rights in methodologies, tools, models, and documentation developed in the course of service delivery. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use implemented systems within your organisation during the engagement period.

Any content you provide to Isourcedmynews for service delivery remains your property, but you grant us the right to use such data for service delivery and improvement purposes.

6. Payment Terms

Invoicing and payment terms are specified in the signed engagement agreement. Standard terms are net 30 days from invoice date. Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Hong Kong law.

7. Refund Policy

For completed service engagements with signed agreements, refunds are generally not provided. For Proof of Concept services where findings do not support further investigation, we provide candid assessment and documentation rather than refunds. In cases of service delivery failure clearly attributable to Isourcedmynews, we will work with you to resolve the issue or provide appropriate remediation.

8. Service Limitations and Disclaimers

Our services are provided on an "as is" basis. While we use current machine learning techniques and industry practices, we make no guarantee of specific results. AI systems have inherent limitations and may not perform identically in all operational contexts.

We do not provide medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. If your engagement involves these areas, you should consult qualified professionals in those fields. We do not provide any guarantee that our services will produce the exact results you anticipate.

9. Data Protection and Security

We handle all data according to our Privacy Policy and Hong Kong Personal Data Protection Ordinance requirements. While we implement reasonable security measures, no system is completely secure. You acknowledge that data transmission carries inherent risks.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Isourcedmynews's liability for any claims arising from our services is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Isourcedmynews, its personnel, and representatives from any claims, damages, or costs arising from your use of our services in violation of these terms or applicable law, or from your violation of third-party intellectual property rights.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement in accordance with the terms specified in the signed engagement agreement. Upon termination, you remain responsible for fees incurred through the termination date. Post-termination obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property continue indefinitely.

13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Any disputes arising from service engagements should first be addressed through good-faith communication between the parties. If not resolved within 30 days, disputes may be escalated to mediation or, if necessary, arbitration or court proceedings in Hong Kong.

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions, together with any signed engagement agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Isourcedmynews regarding our services.

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.

14.3 Modification

We may update these Terms & Conditions periodically. Material changes will be communicated through email or prominent notice on our website. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of updated terms.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign these terms or your service engagement to third parties without written consent. Isourcedmynews may assign rights to qualified service providers.
